We highly recommend securing your wedding venue booking as early as possible here at The Monarch Venue. Our stunning location is in high demand, especially for popular wedding dates. To ensure availability and your preferred date, we suggest booking at least 12 to 18 months in advance. However, if your wedding date has some flexibility, we can explore shorter notice options to accommodate your needs.
Can I bring my own vendors, or do I have to choose from a preferred vendor list?
At The Monarch Venue, we understand that personalizing your wedding is important. You have the freedom to choose your own vendors for your special day. We don't restrict you to a specific list of preferred vendors. Whether it's your favorite caterer, florist, or photographer, we are open to collaborating with them to create the wedding of your dreams.
What does the wedding venue rental fee include?

Do you have any guidelines or restrictions on decorations?
We value the beauty of our venue at The Monarch and want to ensure its preservation while adhering to safety regulations. Therefore, we do have guidelines in place for decorations. Our guidelines may include restrictions on open flames, limitations on hanging decorations, or guidelines for the use of certain materials like confetti or glitter. By discussing your decoration plans with our attentive venue coordinator, we can ensure that your creative vision aligns with our guidelines to create a breathtaking atmosphere for your wedding day.
What is the backup plan for outdoor weddings in case of bad weather?
Outdoor weddings can be enchanting, but we understand the uncertainty that comes with weather conditions. At The Monarch Venue, we have thoughtfully prepared backup plans to address any unexpected weather situations. In the event of inclement weather, we provide alternative indoor spaces or covered areas to seamlessly transition your celebration. Do you provide a wedding planner?
While we do not provide an in-house wedding planner, we are more than happy to assist you throughout the venue-related aspects of your wedding planning journey. Our dedicated venue coordinator will work closely with you to ensure a seamless experience at our venue. We can provide recommendations for trusted local wedding planners if you would like professional assistance in managing all the intricate details of your wedding. Can we bring our own alcohol?

The Monarch Venue holds a liquor license. All alcohol and bar packages are purchased through The Monarch Venue, making it easy and convenient for all our couples!
Personal or BYOB alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited and could result in the venue closing your bar at your reception should personal alcohol make its way into our venue.
Your bar package will be a separate fee from your venue rental.
Can we hire non-professional vendors?
All vendors providing any service to our couples must be professional wedding vendors who carry a minimum of Business Liability Insurance.
With strict parameters, we allow exceptions to this rule for things like your officiant, DIY florals and desserts. Ask our team for more information if you have a friend/family member who wants to offer a service at your wedding!
Do you allow dogs at the venue?
We allow dogs that are service animals with proper documentation.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times and have a pet handler who is 18 years of age or older.
Client is responsible for ensuring the service animals waste is picked up and removed from the property of The Monarch Venue. Client will be charged a fine of $1,000 for leaving animal waste on the property.
